The Office for Safety and Standards (OPSS) has taken action and issued a warning to consumers about a dangerous battery for e-bikes and e-scooters manufactured by a company called UPP.   Several online market places and direct sellers have been issued with a withdrawal notice.    The battery has been linked with a number of fires across the UK.
